Apple for the Teacher Doily

Ok I did this Doily a while ago but there is a problem with posting the link on Crochetville because of it being an archieved site. So I will post the link here.
And here is a pic of my doily done with size 10 thread ANd because of the background on the lady's site the pattern is kind of hard to read but I think the pattern is worth it.

Magic Yarn Ball Swap!!

I was recently involved in a different kind of swap over at Lullabies and Lace. The Magic Yarn Ball Swap. It was SUCH fun I loved searching and finding all kinds of cool treasures to wrap up in my ball of yarn for my partner. She is very into anything vintage so I had a great time combing through thrift stores and antique stores! Well I received my Own ball the other day and I must say I am speechless. My kids kept calling it the magic candy ball cause so much candy kept falling ou! I love caramel and there was lots of it along with my other fav hot cinnimon! Also in the ball were cocoa, Beautiful dishclothes , A hook case, stitch markers, Handmade with Love labels, seaming pins, 3 skeins of beautiful Moda Dea cache wool, and so, so , much more!!! Oh and books and toys for the girls!!

Having fun at the park!

Well we went to the park and had loads of fun. In fact I had to drag the girls away screaming. I think 2.5 hours at the park is long enough!

O.K. I am determined to turn over a new leaf with this blogging stuff!!! So here are my latest projects that I have been working on
I finished up the bassenitte purse for Caitlyn. It turned out so cute!!
And I have also finished a Test pattern for Lullabies and Lace It is a Jumper for my Catie the pattern was called Sugar and Spice.
Ok that is enough for now I will put in another post tommorow to play catch-up!
